Jacqueline Achiampong

A clinical pharmacist is a highly qualified professional who works alongside the doctor. If you are due a medication review you will be booked in with our pharmacist. You can also see the pharmacist if you would like advice or to discuss a long term health condition, if you are experiencing side effects, after a stay in hospital and for help with common illnesses.

Community Midwives

Christine Devanny

Christine has surgeries on Tuesday mornings for follow up antenatal appointments and on Tuesday afternoons for new patients.

Community Nurses

The nurses are based at The Hub, South Normanton. Telephone 01246 2529291, or you may leave a message at reception. In an emergency call Out of Hours.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.

The Health Visiting Team are based at Alfreton Primary Care; telephone 01773 546800.
